We collect contact details, shipping addresses, company names and order notes when you check out or submit a quote. Forms may also include jewelry type, quantity, material preference and artwork files needed to estimate custom packaging.
We use this information to fulfill orders, prepare quotes, arrange freight, process payments and send order updates. We do not sell customer lists to unrelated jewelry or packaging companies.
Carriers, payment processors and production partners receive only the details required to print, pack or deliver an order. Custom logo files are used for sampling and production of the requested packaging.
