This Return Policy covers ready-to-ship jewelry displays and packaging. Custom logo boxes, pouches and made-to-order display kits follow a different process because they are produced to your specification.
Unused ready-to-ship displays and packaging may be returned within the stated window if they are in original condition. Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-order boxes, pouches, bags and display kits are not returnable once production has started, except for a manufacturing defect against the approved sample.
